Bakers are responsible for the accuracy of their storefront content, the terms they set for their own customers, and complying with local food-business regulations. HomeBaker Shop does not verify licensing, insurance, or food-safety compliance.
Any order, deposit, or payment arrangement made after a request is submitted through HomeBaker Shop happens directly between the baker and the customer. HomeBaker Shop is not a party to that agreement and isn't responsible for its fulfillment.
