From bakers: account email, business/profile info, storefront content and photos. From customers submitting an order request: name, email, phone (optional), order details, and any photos they upload. Customers don't create accounts — their information is tied to the specific order they submitted.
Order details are shown only to the baker that customer ordered from. We send transactional emails (order confirmations, new-order notifications) — nothing else, no marketing lists. We don't sell personal data.
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres + file storage) and transactional email is sent via Resend. Both act as processors of the data described above.
Bakers can delete their account and all associated data at any time from Store Settings → Account & Security. To request deletion of a specific order's data, contact the baker you ordered from directly, or reach us below.
